Quick Answer
Braintree Coaching Australia (ABN 87 681 295 223) shows the full price you pay in Australian dollars (AUD) on every course page and again at checkout, before you confirm. Where GST applies, it is already included in the price shown — nothing is added on top at checkout. The fee covers the course content described on its page: classes or recordings, practice questions, worked solutions and mock tests for the child enrolled in your account. We do not charge sign-up, account or hidden processing fees, and we never store your card details. Some courses can be paid in instalments through a payment plan; the total you pay is the same as the upfront price. Refunds and your rights when content is faulty are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Questions about a price or an invoice go to support@braintreecoaching.com.au.
Pricing and payment policy
What does this policy cover?
This pricing and payment policy explains how Braintree Coaching Australia sets, displays and charges its fees, so you can see exactly what you are paying before you enrol. It applies to every course, subscription, mock test and study resource you can buy on our website and in our online classroom. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Braintree Coaching Australia is an Australian exam-preparation provider (not the PayPal payments service of a similar name). Because most of our students are children, a parent or legal guardian makes the purchase and is the account holder.
How are prices shown?
Every price is shown in full, in Australian dollars (AUD), on the course page and again on the checkout screen before you confirm payment. The figure you see is the total amount that will be charged to your payment method — there is no separate booking fee, card surcharge or service charge added at the final step. If a price ever appears without the "$" and "AUD" label, treat the AUD checkout total as the correct figure and contact us so we can fix the display.
We follow Australian consumer-pricing rules: the single price we advertise is the total price a parent pays.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. Where GST applies to a course or subscription, it is already included in the price displayed — the advertised price is GST-inclusive, so the amount at checkout is the amount you pay. We do not add GST as a separate line on top of the shown price. If you need a tax invoice for your records, email support@braintreecoaching.com.au and we will send one showing any GST component for your purchase.
What is included in the fee?
The fee for a course or subscription covers everything listed on that course's page for the enrolled child. Depending on the course, this typically includes:
- Live classes or recorded lessons for the course period stated on the page.
- Practice questions and worked solutions written by our teachers.
- Mock tests and the score reports that go with them.
- Classroom access for the child enrolled in your account, for the length of the subscription.
What is not included is anything not listed on the course page — for example, one-to-one tutoring or printed materials are separate services where we offer them at all. If you are unsure whether something is part of a course, ask before you enrol.
When am I charged, and is the price fixed?
You are charged at the time you enrol, through the payment methods shown at checkout. Once you have paid, the fee for that purchase is fixed for the course period, even if we later change the listed price. Pricing for future purchases is set at the time of purchase and may change without notice. If we lower the price of a course after you have paid for it, contact us and we will refund the difference, consistent with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
How do payment plans work?
A payment plan lets you pay for an eligible course in scheduled instalments instead of a single upfront amount. Where a course offers one, the plan is shown on the course page or at checkout, and these rules apply:
- The total is the same. Paying by instalments costs the same as paying upfront — we do not add interest or a payment-plan surcharge.
- Instalments are scheduled. The number of instalments, the amount of each, and the dates are shown before you agree, so you can see the full schedule.
- Access follows the plan. Your child's classroom access continues while instalments are paid on time; we may pause access if a scheduled instalment is missed and not resolved after we contact you.
If a third-party provider (for example, a "buy now, pay later" service) handles the instalments, that provider's own terms also apply to your arrangement with them; Braintree Coaching Australia still receives the same total fee.
Are there any other fees?
No. We do not charge sign-up fees, account-keeping fees, or fees to cancel a subscription that has reached the end of its term. The price on the course page is the whole cost of the service it describes. The only money that leaves your account is the course or subscription fee you agreed to at checkout. We never store your card number — payments are processed by our payment provider — so there is no charge you have not seen first.
Can I try a course before I pay?
Yes. Every course gives you free mock tests so you can see our teaching, the quality of our practice questions and how the platform works before you spend anything. We recommend sitting a free mock test first — it is the surest way to know a course suits your child before you commit to the fee. This is also why our Cancellation & Refund Policy does not offer change-of-mind refunds once digital content has been accessed.
What are my rights if something is wrong with a price?
The Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded by anything in this policy. If you are charged the wrong amount, charged twice for the same purchase, or a course is not as described, you are entitled to have it put right — including a refund of any overcharge. We refund a duplicate or incorrect charge in full to your original payment method, normally within five business days. Your full rights, and how to make a request, are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
How do I get an invoice or ask about a charge?
For a tax invoice, a question about a price, or any charge you do not recognise, email support@braintreecoaching.com.au. We reply within five business days. We handle the personal and payment-related information in your enquiry under our Privacy Policy. Braintree Coaching Australia may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
