Prices for our courses, test subscriptions, and other paid services are determined at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice. Once a subscription or service has been purchased, the fee remains fixed for the Subscriber, and under no circumstances will Braintree Coaching refund the difference if the price decreases after the purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during the purchase. If you were charged more than once due to a technical error, and the error is validated by Braintree Coaching, we will process a refund within five (5) business days.
When purchasing subscriptions or tests from Braintree Coaching, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the purchased services during the applicable subscription period. The following terms apply:
