Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

• You cancel your subscription within seven (7) days of activation.
• You submit your refund request electronically by emailing support@braintreecoaching.com.au
• You complete and submit the refund application form (available on the Braintree Coaching website) to support@braintreecoaching.com.au.

2.2 Refund Restrictions

Refunds will not be granted if:

• You have completed more than one full test included in the purchased subscription or course.
• You have breached the terms of the non-exclusive access license (outlined below).

2.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during the purchase. If you were charged more than once due to a technical error, and the error is validated by Braintree Coaching, we will process a refund within five (5) business days.

• Refunds for eligible transactions will only be issued to the original payment account.
• Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
• Braintree Coaching reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
