Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 20, 2025
1. Price
Prices for our courses, test subscriptions, and other paid services are determined at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice. Once a subscription or service has been purchased, the fee remains fixed for the Subscriber, and under no circumstances will Braintree Coaching refund the difference if the price decreases after the purchase.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- You cancel your subscription within seven (7) days of activation.
- You submit your refund request electronically by emailing support@braintreecoaching.com.au
- You complete and submit the refund application form (available on the Braintree Coaching website) to support@braintreecoaching.com.au.
2.2 Refund Restrictions
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You have completed more than one full test included in the purchased subscription or course.
- You have breached the terms of the non-exclusive access license (outlined below).
2.3 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during the purchase. If you were charged more than once due to a technical error, and the error is validated by Braintree Coaching, we will process a refund within five (5) business days.
3. Non-Exclusive Access License
When purchasing subscriptions or tests from Braintree Coaching, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the purchased services during the applicable subscription period. The following terms apply:
- Access PeriodUpon expiration of the subscription, your access to the purchased services will automatically terminate.
- Breach of License: Your access may be revoked without a refund if:
- Your account is accessed simultaneously from two or more unique devices.
- You share or distribute subscription content, violating the terms of use.
4. Additional Notes
- Refunds for eligible transactions will only be issued to the original payment account.
- Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Braintree Coaching reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
